  • $150,000 - $200,000

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

  • Lead and develop a national sales team across direct and dealer channels to drive profitable growth.
  • Strengthen key accounts and expand strategic targets in construction and commercial B2B markets.
  • Oversee pricing, contracts, and dealer agreements to protect margin and enterprise value.
  • Build a disciplined, performance-driven sales culture aligned with executive objectives.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE

• 15+ years B2B sales experience; 10+ in industrial/manufacturing; 3+ leading teams.
• Success in direct and dealer/distribution sales models.
• Strong pricing, contract negotiation, and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to build accountable, high-performing sales teams.
