GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating product marketing efforts with Distribution partners, developing and executing monthly product campaigns, and ensuring the accuracy of product content across various platforms. The Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for managing all Global Marketing Campaigns related to distribution, reviewing analytics, and collaborating with internal teams to uphold corporate and brand standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Coordinate Product Marketing Information with Distribution Partners:
        •    Daily collaboration with Distribution partners to ensure seamless communication of product marketing information.
2.    Develop Monthly Product Campaigns:
        •    Weekly creation and execution of compelling and effective product campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
3.    Provide Product Content Across Various Platforms:
        •    Daily creation and distribution of product content for spotlights, banner ads, landing pages, new product alerts, e-blasts,                              and microsites.
4.    Manage Website Content for Accuracy:
       •    Daily oversight of website content, ensuring accuracy of product information and landing pages.
5.    Collaborating with Global Counterparts for product information: 
       •    Coordinate with respective global counterparts for project campaign planning
6.    Help to determine allocation of Annual Marketing Budget:
       •    Annual assessment and allocation of the marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve strategic goals.
7.    Review and Approve Content from Distribution Partners:
       •    Daily review and approval of content provided by Distribution partners to maintain brand consistency, quality and accuracy.
8.    Ensure Compliance with Corporate and Brand Standards:
       •    Collaboration with internal marketing teams, when needed,  to ensure adherence to corporate and brand standards are met. 
9.    Analyze Click Rate/Hit Rate Analytics:
       •    Monthly review of analytics provided by Distribution partners to assess the return on investment for marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree or 2+ years’ experience in marketing/advertising 
•    Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
•    Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign development.
•    Excellent written, verbal communication and collaboration skills.
•    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
•    Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
•    Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to visit Distribution partners and other work related events. 
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
