Job Description
Sky Dine Inc is growing and adding a District Manager position. You will oversee new and existing operations at airports around the country. This includes but not limited to assisting general managers with operations, mentoring leaders, compliance with food, alcohol, and airport security guidelines. Play a key role in new location development.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee expenses and capital improvement
· Develop relationships with vendors and airport management
· Assist site managers with resolving issues with vendors, employees and all aspects of the operation
· Participate in proposals to new airports
· Successfully promote and publicize the brand
· Training
· Policy adherence
Requirements:
• Proven working experience in restaurant management
• Demonstrated career experience in customer service management
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge
• Proficiency in English
• Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Acute financial management skills
We Offer Great Benefits:
Annual Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000 Depending on Experience
