What You’ll Do
As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Marketing & Communications Director to help share the impact of our mission.
This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you’ll gain real-world experience in:
Designing print and digital marketing materials (flyers, graphics, brochures)
Creating and scheduling social media content
Assisting with paid digital campaigns (Meta platforms)
Writing email newsletters and impact stories
Updating website content
Supporting event promotion efforts
Taking and editing photos/videos as needed
You won’t be expected to know everything on day one, we’re looking for someone coachable, creative, and motivated to grow.
What We’re Looking For
Required Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communication studies, advertising, journalism, public relations or related field preferred.
- Candidates with a High School Diploma/GED or some secondary education with equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
- Experience managing personal, school, internship, volunteer, or small business social media accounts.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Successfully complete all agency background checks, which include checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, and drug or sex crime.
- Requires valid auto-insurance, a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one with approved driver status.
Preferred (But Not Required):
Internship, freelance, campus, nonprofit, or part-time marketing experience
Experience boosting posts or running small paid social ads
Familiarity with email platforms or website editors
Basic photography or video editing skills
