Your Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of technicians, allocating tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards
- Oversee electrical and mechanical projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide professional recommendations and solutions
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, material usage, and any changes or deviations from original plans
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during projects
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and trends to provide innovative solutions
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth project execution
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical systems installation and maintenance
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical codes, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and find effective solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Proficiency in using electrical and mechanical tools and equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when necessary
