Emerging Teller (Part-Time)

This is a great opportunity for mature high school students (16+), college students (in-person or online), or anyone new to financial services who’s ready to learn and grow.
What You’ll Do
As an Emerging Teller, you’ll be the friendly face our members see first. With training and support, you’ll learn how to:
Assist members with everyday transactions like deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers
Handle cash accurately and responsibly
Answer questions and help members find the right products and services
Maintain confidentiality and follow safety, security, and compliance procedures
Provide professional, welcoming service that reflects our credit union values
Learn how a financial institution operates from the ground up
No financial experience required—we’ll teach you what you need to know.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum age: 16 years old
High school diploma/GED or currently working toward one
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Friendly, dependable, and professional communication skills
Comfort working with people and handling responsibility
Ability to follow policies, procedures, and instructions
If you’re organized, curious, and enjoy helping others—you’ll fit right in.
Schedule & Flexibility
10–25 hours per week, depending on availability
