Windom Area Health is looking for a proactive and passionate Employee Health & Safety Coordinator to join our team! This part-time role (typically 24–32 hours per week) plays a key part in ensuring a safe, healthy workplace for all staff.
Location: Windom, MN
Pay range: $31.39 - $47.09/hr *Rates offered will reflect applicable experience.
In this position, you’ll take the lead on a variety of essential programs, including:
- OSHA compliance & reporting
- Workers’ Compensation
- Employee illnesses and exposure management
- Annual employee and new hire screenings
- Environmental safety rounding
- Lead safety training and meetings
We’re seeking a licensed RN with a strong interest in employee health or safety—experience in these areas is a plus!
This role is benefit-eligible, including health insurance, PERA, PTO/Sick time, and more. You’ll also have optional opportunities to pick up additional hours in PRN nursing roles across the facility.
