- Gain hands-on experience in problem-solving and project management within a global adhesives manufacturing environment
- Participate in process design and development to improve operational efficiency
- Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis of manufacturing challenges
- Support the implementation of engineering projects from concept to execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Learn and apply industry best practices in manufacturing and process optimization?
What makes you a good fit - An undergraduate student (sophomore, junior, senior), or a master’s / graduate student pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Lean Manufacturing: Understanding of lean principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production processes.
- Process & Component Design: Experience in designing and refining manufacturing processes and components to meet performance and quality standards.?

Following your internship, you may be invited to join Henkel as a returning intern or full-time employee. Additional information - This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
- The anticipated start date for this internship is January 5, 2026, and the anticipated end date is August 21, 2026.

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
