Your New Role
- Support daily job site operations in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and surrounding areas
- Remodel, repair, build at our office and shop facilities OR help with concrete as needed
- Strip sites, excavating trenches, dig footings, backfill, grade, and place topsoil
- Operate heavy equipment, including excavators, dozers, motor graders, wheel loaders, skid loaders, side dumps and/or dump trucks
- Focus on job site safety

Job requirements
- 1-2+ years of heavy equipment operator experience, such as excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, and skid steers
- Framing & trim carpentry or concrete experience
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Great communication skills
- CDL is helpful but not required
- Commitment to safety, production, quality, and teamwork
