Job Description
A1 Pumping & Excavating is growing and looking to add a full-time Equipment Operator to our team. We are a fast-paced, hands-on company focused on septic, excavation, and site work projects throughout the Sioux Falls region.
What You’ll Do-
Operate equipment such as excavators, skid loaders, and backhoes
Perform digging, grading, trenching, and site prep
Assist with septic system installs and repairs
Haul equipment and materials (CDL required)
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Work with crew to complete projects safely and efficiently
Follow all safety procedures and jobsite standards
What We’re Looking For
Valid CDL (Class A preferred)
Experience operating heavy equipment (excavator experience a big plus)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willing to jump in and help with labor when needed
