Events, Membership & Catering Coordinator

Job Description

This role sits directly at the intersection of sales growth and high-touch hospitality. You will be responsible for actively expanding our exclusive membership roster while curating unforgettable, tailored member experiences, private tastings, and bespoke concierge services. Additionally, you will lead the end-to-end sales, planning, and execution of private dining bookings and off-site catering operations across both venue locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Membership Sales & Member Experience:

  • Actively prospect, sell, and onboard new private members across both concepts.

  • Foster long-term member relationships, serving as a dedicated concierge for reservations, locker/cellar programs, and custom requests.

  • Conceptualize and execute member-exclusive programming, including private spirits tastings, chef’s table previews, and seasonal releases.

• Event Sales & Execution:

  • Manage all incoming inquiries for private dining, corporate gatherings, and off-site catering.

  • Conduct site tours, build custom proposals, draft contracts, and issue detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).

  • Partner closely with Executive Chefs, Bar Directors, and FOH service teams to ensure seamless event delivery.

• High-Touch Hospitality & Administration:

  • Oversee on-site event setup, client greetings, timeline flow, and third-party vendor coordination.

  • Manage invoicing, deposit tracking, final billing, and post-event client debriefs to drive repeat bookings.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4+ years in hospitality event sales, catering coordination, upscale restaurant management, or private club membership sales.

• Dual Focus: Strong background in both outward sales/outreach and client relationship management.

• Communication: Polished verbal and written communication suitable for executive clients, members, and VIP guests.

• Organization: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage competing timelines across two distinct venues.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work a schedule reflecting event demand, including select evenings and weekends.
