Construction Worker Responsibilities:
- Preparing construction sites, materials, and digging holes,
- Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
- Supporting crew with heavy equipment operating.
- Following all health and safety regulations.
- Mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete.
- Reading blueprints, site plans, utility layouts, and grade stakes
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, production, and safety

Job requirements
- Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment and forming for and pouring concrete.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, utility plans, and grading plans
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Great communication skills
- CDL is helpful but not required
- Commitment to safety, production excavation, underground utility quality, and teamwork
