JDS Industries is the largest wholesaler of personalization and awards components in the world. We are looking for a Fabrication Sublimation Specialist to join our great company! We work Monday through Friday, day hours only. Benefits start the first of the month after hire! Responsible for every aspect of job requests for sublimation of products requested by customers. Responsible for following production dates to meet customer needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible to produce jobs per parameters set forth on the work order and in hands date.
- Responsible to ensure the art that is to be used will fit in template as requested, by making sure it fits in area and make suggestions if alterations are needed.
- Determine if customer submitted art is acceptable for its intended purpose and determine what changes are necessary for unacceptable art.
- Assist Fabrication team members with questions regarding layout as well as make suggestions on improvements to layouts, demonstrate techniques & shortcuts to help improve product quality, productivity, and overall accuracy.
- Ensure that customer proofs are processed accurately and on time.
- Responsible for all preparation necessary to perform for each individual piece of substrate (plastic/metal) to be sublimated.
- Verify product, quantity, and order accuracy.
- Pack, clean, and inspection of product. Prepare product for warehouse to ship
- Assist Fabrication as needed.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Continual lifting, grasping, and using force with hands.
- Must be able to use force with leg to operate the cutting machine.
- Must be able to continually lift up to 20 lbs. Must be able to lift 36-40lbs occasionally.
- Must be able to move from stationary position to bending, lifting, squatting, and reaching positions on a continual basis. Must be able to twist and turn on a continual basis.
- Environment is noisy. Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime as needed
