HOURS: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Work hours between 7am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and/or weekends.

SALARY: Dependent on experience and qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for maintaining facilities in accordance with generally approved safety and maintenance standards; maintenance of grounds and parking areas in accordance with generally approved safety and maintenance standards. Will perform preventative maintenance, upkeep, janitorial duties and repairs as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED preferred, plus some building maintenance experience. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Problem-solving skills required to troubleshoot, repair, or locate sources to complete repairing of equipment. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. The successful candidate should be a self starter, and have a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize on a daily basis.
Must successfully complete all agency background checks. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to obtain approved driver status.
