Family Coach – RPG New Start
Do you have a passion to provide family support for those who need it? If you answered yes, you should apply for a Family Coach position with Volunteers of America, Dakotas RPG New Start. Our RPG New Start program provides counseling and crisis management for families. We also provide assistance in finding and distributing resources to families.
We are looking for a full time Family Coach, hours typically Monday – Friday with potential of some evening hours.
Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in human service field and a minimum of two years related work experience, or an equivalent combination.
Primary responsibilities for a Family Coach:

- Provide individual and family support to children, mothers and caregivers, including counseling, crisis management and parenting skills education.
- Link families with community resources to meet needs.
- Assist with data collection, including timely documentation of participant services.
