HOURS: Full-time, 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday, varied schedule.
Onsite/In-Office Positions Available In:
Sioux Falls, SD., Travel is required. Mileage reimbursement.
SALARY: Dependent on experience and qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Functional Family Therapy (FFT) services to at-risk youth and their families. Strengthen family communication, reduce conflict, and promote healthy, supportive home environment. Help youth recognize harmful thinking patterns and improving decision-making skills and developing positive coping strategies. Supports emotional well-being, trauma recovery, and behavior change through evidence-based therapeutic practices. LSS will provide training in the evidence-based model and program-specific requirement. Participate in required training, supervision, and ongoing professional development activities. Complete assessments, treatment planning, case documentation, and other required records in a timely and accurate manner.
QUALIFICATIONS: Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related Human Services field. Will accept applications from Master’s Level Interns in their final Internships.
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to complete orientation training according to agency program standards.
- Requires active auto-insurance, a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one with approved driver status.
- Must successfully complete all agency background checks, which include checks for criminal convictions, behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, and drug or sex crimes.
