Ekholm Enterprises is hiring dependable, customer-focused Package Delivery Drivers. If you take pride in your work and enjoy a job that keeps you moving, we’d like to meet you.

No CDL required. No delivery experience? No problem! We provide paid training, a company-provided delivery vehicle, the tools you need, and ongoing guidance from experienced managers and drivers to help you succeed.

You’ll deliver and pick up packages at homes and businesses, provide friendly service, and help keep our local communities connected.

Your Day on the Road

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle along assigned routes.
• Deliver and pick up packages at residential and commercial locations.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Use scanners and delivery technology to accurately track packages.
• Keep your route running efficiently while following safety standards.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service.
• Communicate with dispatch, management, and fellow team members.
• Work independently while contributing to a positive team environment.

What You Bring

• At least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record—no CDL required.
• Ability to pass a DOT MVR review, background check, DOT physical, and drug screening.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 150 pounds with the assistance of a hand truck.
• Ability to climb stairs, frequently enter and exit a delivery vehicle, and work in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong attendance, dependability, and a commitment to safety.

Compensation

Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
