Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking for a career that supports the agriculture industry? PIPESTONE Nutrition is seeking a Feed Mill Administrator to join our team!
In this role, you'll play a vital part in the daily accounting, inventory, and administrative functions that help keep our feed mill operations running efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reporting, and general ledger activities
- Process ingredient receipts, feed invoices, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Track ingredient contracts and facilitate corn contracts using Ag Vision Commodity Manager
- Generate reports, weekly statements, and inventory reconciliations
- Create records for PART and group closeouts
- Assist mill staff with answering phones, taking feed orders, and supporting office operations
- Build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and team members across departments
What We're Looking For
- Accounting, Finance, Agriculture, Business Administration degree or equivalent experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience with Ag Vision software is a plus
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

- $22.00 - $23.50 per hour (based on experience)
