Now Hiring: Feed Mill Operator (Full-Time)

Do you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and being part of a team that helps support animal nutrition and production? Join PIPESTONE as a Feed Mill Operator and play a key role in producing high-quality feed while helping keep mill operations running efficiently.
What You'll Do:
- Grind and manufacture complete feed
- Load feed trucks and unload ingredient deliveries
- Refill micro tables and weigh hand-add ingredients
- Monitor grain quality and storage conditions
- Complete production paperwork accurately
- Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs
- Support mill efficiency and daily operations
- Perform facility upkeep and other projects as assigned
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Feed, grain handling, manufacturing, or automation experience preferred
- General computer skills, including Microsoft Office & Outlook
- Experience with mill batching software is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance as needed
- Standing and walking 8-10 hours per day
- Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, pulling, and kneeling
