The Role: Fence Crew Foreman

This is a frontline leadership position.

You don’t just install fence.
You own the job.

You will:

  • Lead your crew from job kickoff to completion

  • Plan execution, manpower, equipment, and timing

  • Set the daily pace and standard

  • Communicate clearly with customers

  • Assist to train and develop installers

  • Enforce safety and quality expectations

  • Complete all required documentation

  • Protect productivity (85%+ efficiency standard)

And most importantly:

You are the Anomaly Smasher.

Problems. Delays. Miscommunications. Mistakes.
You see them early — and eliminate them fast.

You don’t tolerate inefficiency.

You remove obstacles so your crew can perform at a high level.

Compensation

$28 – $38+ per hour (based on experience)

We reward leaders who deliver results.

Physical & Educational Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally

  • Comfortable standing, walking, climbing, kneeling throughout the day

  • Strong physical stamina
