Field Supervisor (Construction)
Location: Sioux Falls, SD (with travel across SD & WY)
Pay: $60,000+ (base + performance upside)
Schedule: Full-Time | Year-Round | Overtime as needed
This role owns the Blackburn standard — how our crews work, how they show up, and the quality we leave behind.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead crews on foundation repair and concrete projects
- Set the tone for work ethic, pace, and professionalism on-site
- Make real-time decisions to keep jobs moving and on track
- Train and develop crew members (future leaders matter here)
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and internal teams
- Own job quality from start to finish — no passing the buck
What We’re Looking For:
- Construction experience (leadership experience is a big plus)
- Someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
