THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Work closely with different teams to gather financial inputs, check underlying assumptions, and help shape both near-term and longer-range plans.
- Build, adjust, and maintain working financial models that track performance and explore different outcomes or investment choices.
- Review actual results against expectations, identify what’s driving changes, and clearly explain the story behind the numbers.
- Look at profitability across products, customers, and distribution methods to highlight where margins are strong and where costs or pricing may need attention.
- Partner with sales, operations, and supply chain to connect day-to-day activity with the financial direction of the business.
- Create and refine dashboards or reports that make key information easier to understand and support better decision-making across the organization.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or Related Field
• 2+ years experience in FP&A and corporate finance.
• Skilled with building and adjusting financial models.
• Confident working in spreadsheets and digging into data.
• Understands how the major financial statements fit together.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and explaining shifts in results.
• Familiar with common business systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools.
• Able to break down financial insights for non-financial teams.
• Exposure to product-based or distribution-focused environments is helpful.
• Comfortable working with inventory, freight costs, and margin drivers.
• Some experience with supply chain, demand planning, or operational finance is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with a steady attention to detail.
