Sentinel Federal Credit Union is hiring a motivated and member-focused Financial Services Officer to help members navigate important financial decisions through consumer lending, account services, and personalized financial solutions. This role combines relationship-building, lending expertise, and exceptional member service to create positive experiences and long-term member relationships.

Pay Range
Wage depends on direct experience and proven performance.

What You’ll Do
Assist members with consumer loan applications, account services, and financial solutions that support their goals
Conduct member interviews, process loan applications, and guide members through the lending process
Open new accounts and assist with account maintenance and service requests
Develop and maintain strong member relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication
Identify opportunities to recommend Credit Union products and services that meet member needs
Generate loan volume through referrals, member outreach, and business development activities
Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Partner with branch and lending staff to provide a seamless and positive member experience
Resolve member questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Support organizational initiatives, special projects, and cross-training opportunities as assigned
Who You Are
At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
Minimum of two years of experience in a financial institution required
Previous consumer lending experience preferred
Strong relationship-building, communication, and member service skills
Comfortable discussing financial products, lending options, and member needs
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information appropriately
Organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with teammates
