Job Description
Fire Sprinkler Fitter Job Responsibilities:
Install new and modify existing commercial fire sprinkler systems.
Fire Sprinkler Fitter Job Duties:
? Picks and sorts pipe, fittings, and hardware associated with fire sprinkler systems
? Prepares sprinkler pipe; hauls pipe, fittings, and hardware to jobsite
? Loads and/or unloads trucks
? Measures, cuts, and grooves or threads sprinkler pipe
? Cuts and drills penetrations through walls and floors for pipe
? Climbs ladders as needed for sprinkler pipe installation
? Maintains a clean jobsite
? Assists with inventory tracking
? Ensures that all work is completed with quality workmanship
? Maintains uniform and tools
? Team player with ability to take direction from Journeyman and Foreman
? Will be enrolled in registered apprenticeship program

? Willing to work overnights
? Willing to continue education
? Able to lift 50lbs or more
? Able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
(PREFERRED)
