As a Fitness Specialist, you will play a crucial role in leading group fitness classes and promoting a healthy lifestyle within our community.

Location: Windom, MN

Schedule: PT or FT

Pay rate: $17.08 - $22.20/hr

Windom Area Health is seeking a motivated and energetic individual for a PT or FT Fitness Specialist position. This role requires availability for an afternoon to evening shift (ending at 7:30pm), with flexible hours that may include mornings, afternoons, and evenings Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include leading group fitness classes, assisting with memberships, providing basic fitness information, and supporting member relations. The Fitness Specialist may also help with wellness programs and special events. Candidates must have a strong interest and ability to lead group exercise classes. Experience teaching or attending fitness classes is preferred. Personal training background, fitness certifications, or athletic training are a plus but not required. Basic computer skills are necessary, and Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within six months of hire.
