Assigned Duties

1. Create a strong curb appeal at the properties assigned by picking up trash, maintain trash receptacles, and pull weeds, and cleaning up rock beds and playgrounds.

2. Provide updates on improvement needs to the Site Manager.

Position Summary

The Grounds Technician is responsible for assisting the Site Manager in performing duties to maintain a strong curb appeal for their assigned apartment and townhome communities.

People that are successful in this position have:

• Previous customer service experience.
• Previous grounds keeping experience.
• Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work independently while staying on task.
• A drive to be successful.
• Understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Strive to hold oneself accountable.
• Willingness to drive between multiple properties.
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
