What You'll Do:

Oversee and participate in daily operations, ensuring smooth service and top-quality products

Manage, train, motivate and work alongside a fantastic team

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care

Perform and monitor inventory, ordering, and labor cost control to ensure profitability

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both staff and guest

Job Requirements

Proven leadership and management experience in a fast-paced food service environment.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere

Passion for food and delivering an unforgettable dining experience

Flexibility with working hours (some weekends and evenings will be required)

You will work an average of 45 hours per week. Some weeks more other weeks less depending on staffing needs.

This is not an office job, you will be a working part of a team. As the GM you will lead by example and work side by side with your team.

You will take complete ownership of the shop, the parent company is out of state.
