We’re looking for a motivated Foreman/Crew Leader who’s ready to step into a leadership role and guide our General Technicians through all aspects of our year-round services. This role is a mix of hands-on field work and leadership responsibilities, designed for someone who values people, accountability, and personal growth.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Oversee Technicians: Provide daily direction, coaching, and accountability to General Technicians.
Field Work: Jump in when needed for services like mowing, fall cleanups, holiday lights, sprinkler blowouts, and snow removal.
Employee Growth & Recognition: Motivate the team, recognize great work, and ensure company culture stays strong.
Account Management: Build relationships with clients, follow up on services, and resolve issues professionally.
Communication: Take calls/messages as needed and keep clients informed with timely updates.
Systems & Processes: Learn and use company tools to schedule, track, and report on jobs.
Leadership Development: Be flexible, willing to learn, and grow into higher levels of responsibility.

Driver’s License: Valid license with a clean record.
