Lawn-Patrol is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated Foreman/Team Lead to join our crew! Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew in daily lawn care and snow removal operations.

• Perform and oversee residential & commercial mowing.
• Manage snow removal services for residential & commercial properties.
• Complete sprinkler system blowouts and seasonal maintenance.
• Apply fertilization safely and professionally.
• Communicate professionally with both customers and team members.
• Train, support, and motivate crew members to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in lawn care, snow removal, and related services.

• Strong knowledge of commercial equipment operation and maintenance.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Current Commercial Pesticide License or willing to obtain.

• NO FELONIES – background check required!
