*Visitor Center Attendant: Assist with the overall operation of the visitor center including, but not limited to, selling PELs and merchandise at the gift shop; giving guided tours of the museum and other historic buildings; cleaning restrooms, camping cabins, and vault toilets; and managing the reservation system and campground. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Money handling experience is helpful. Public relations experience is helpful. Ability to work independently, manage time well, and work in a variety of weather conditions. Uniform shirts are provided and employee must comply with uniform dress code. Valid driver's license is required.
Minimum Salary: $13.52 per hour (SO2)
*Parks/Ground Maintenance Worker: Assists with maintenance of buildings and grounds within the park including mowing; weed whipping; spraying; watering trees and grass; cutting and trimming trees; and cleaning restrooms, camping cabins, and vault toilets. Operating equipment such as riding mowers, tractors, skid steer loaders, weed sprayers, and trucks. Other duties as assigned.
