Job Overview:

Paradigm Commercial Construction is seeking experienced Framers to join our team in Rapid City, SD. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Framers will be responsible for constructing the framework of commercial buildings, ensuring structures are sturdy and up to code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and specifications to determine layout and framing requirements
• Measure and cut materials to build and install frames, trusses, and other structural components
• Ensure frames are level, plumb, and properly aligned
• Install insulation and other building materials as needed
• Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure project deadlines are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial framing
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
