Job Responsibilities:

• Perform night audit functions in accordance with hotel standards
• Check in and check out guests, ensuring a seamless experience
• Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Process payments and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends
