LifeScape is seeking a talented candidate to join team as a full-time Front Desk Supervisor/Administrative Assistant at our Children's facility. LifeScape offers a supportive and fun working environment where you will be part of our Front Desk Team and also provide administrative support to our Maintenance & Materials Management department.

Some of the key responsibilities of this position include:
Provide support to those at the 26th Street Facility:
Operates a computerized telephone system to relay incoming, outgoing and internal calls.
Signals emergency codes a necessary, gives all clear
Supervises Front Desk Staff to include annual evaluations, scheduling, discipline, etc.
Supervise and Coach Direct Reports:
Track time and attendance for payroll
Prepares Front Desk staffing schedule
Provide clerical support to Maintenance & Materials Management departments:
Completes projects and reports
Coordinates vendor visits for maintenance
Reconciles maintenance credit card
Assists purchasing department with inventory
