Front of House & Client Hospitality Specialist
iv&co is an elective vitamin infusion center located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. We are dedicated to promoting health, wellness, hydration, and aesthetic services within an upscale Mediterranean-inspired medispa, centered around delivering an exclusive client experience. We are seeking an exceptional individual to oversee front-of-house operations, including check-in/check-out processes. However, the primary focus of this role is to elevate the pampering experience for our valued customers. iv&co offers an array of complimentary amenities, such as beer, wine, champagne, sake, warmed blankets, LED facial therapy masks, and carefully selected teas and snacks for each infusion. In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure that each client enjoys the pinnacle of a 'Ritz Carlton' caliber experience.
General Administrative Duties:
Schedule appointments, manage check-in/check-out procedures, handle phone inquiries, collect client information, process payments, and manage memberships.
Create and Maintain a Luxurious Environment:
Uphold a tranquil, pristine, and peaceful ambiance, ensuring the area is impeccably clean, the music sets the right tone, customized scents are at optimal levels, tea leaves are fresh, and blankets are warm.
Personalized Client Care:
Provide intuitive and compassionate service to each client throughout their visit by offering amenities and delivering personalized one-on-one service.
Product and Service Knowledge:
Understand and memorize details about each infusion, injection, and service offered. As the initial point of contact for clients, you will frequently address questions about our services. We prioritize ongoing education for our staff to enable us to educate our customers effectively.

Part-time position:
Workdays: Every other Saturday & Sunday 9am - 3pm. Fill in as needed.
