Full-Time | Nights/Weekends Required

We’re opening the doors to a new concept and looking for a Front of House Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-first environment. This role is perfect for a leader who can run a polished floor, build a strong team culture, and deliver consistent hospitality every single shift.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily FOH operations including service flow, reservations, and guest experience
• Train, coach, and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
• Maintain high standards for hospitality, professionalism, and cleanliness
• Ensure smooth communication between FOH and BOH to keep service tight
• Handle guest recovery with confidence and care
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, and shift execution
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training systems
• Monitor sidework, opening/closing procedures, and service readiness
• Help drive sales through upselling, feature knowledge, and team motivation

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of FOH management experience (high-volume preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with a calm, solution-focused mindset
• Ability to hold standards while building a positive team culture
• Great communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong understanding of service steps, cocktails/beer/wine knowledge a plus
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable leading from the floor
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and peak business periods
