Job Title: Fry Cook (Part-Time)
Schedule: Friday & Saturday
Hours: 15–20 hours per week
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Fry Cook to join our kitchen team for weekend service. This position focuses on seafood preparation and requires comfort working multiple cooking stations.
Responsibilities:
Operate deep fat fryers, flat top grill, broiler, and electric steamer
Prepare and cook seafood items to quality and safety standards
Maintain clean and organized workstations
Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Assist with other kitchen duties as needed during service
Qualifications:
Previous fry or line cook experience preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of kitchen safety and fryer operation
Reliable availability on Fridays and Saturdays
