We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as PT Care Givers home health at Stay Graceful in Blackhawk, SD. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our residents to help them maintain their independence and quality of life. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medications as needed
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
