Full-Time Toddler Teacher
Kids Crossing Daycare is looking for a dependable, caring, and energetic Full-Time Toddler Teacher to join our team!
Our Toddler Teachers provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, explore, and grow. This is a great position for someone who loves the toddler stage, enjoys helping little ones develop new skills and independence, and wants to build strong relationships with children and their families!
Toddler Teachers are responsible for classroom routines, curriculum and activities, supervision, daily care and cleaning tasks, and communication with parents and staff. And, of course, the position comes with plenty of big personalities, little laughs, cuddles, and unconditional hugs!
Hours & Job Information
- Monday–Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
- Full-time position
- Consistent toddler classroom
- No nights or weekends!
- PTO

Responsibilities
- Provide safe, nurturing, and high-quality care to children
- Plan and implement age-appropriate classroom curriculum and activities
- Supervise and actively participate in children's daily activities
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and developmental needs
- Assist with meals, diaper changes, toileting, naps, and other daily care needs
- Establish and maintain consistent classroom routines
- Greet children and families in a warm and welcoming manner
- Comfort children and assist with basic first aid when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other staff
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to provide a positive environment for children

Applicant Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous childcare experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Able to pass required child abuse/neglect screening and background checks
- Must meet state requirements for employment in a licensed childcare program
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete required certification
