Join Our Team as a Full Time Host!

Are you a morning person who loves engaging with customers and ensuring they have a great dining experience? If so, The Original Pancake House in Sioux Falls SD is looking for a friendly and energetic individual to join our team as a Full Time Host! Hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers in a warm and friendly manner
• Seat guests and manage reservations efficiently
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
• Answer phone calls and take carry-out orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area
• Assist servers and bussers as needed

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team player mentality
• Previous experience in a hosting or customer service role is preferred
