Position Overview:Children’s Home Society of South Dakota is seeking a Full Time Marketing Project Manager to help manage the flow of marketing and creative work across Children's Home Society. - Competitive Compensation: $55,369.00-$69,222.40/annually (Depending on Education/Experience)

What You’ll Do:Serve as the central coordinator for marketing and creative projects across Children's Home Society. Manage incoming project requests through a centralized intake process and prioritize work based on organizational goals and available resources. Develop project timelines, assign work to marketing team members and external vendors, monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining a high standard of quality. Manage archived projects and elements within database.
- Workflow & Resource Management:
Oversee the day-to-day flow of work within the marketing department by managing project schedules, tracking deadlines, and identifying potential bottlenecks before they impact deliverables. Maintain the department's project management platform and facilitate regular project review meetings to ensure team members and stakeholders remain informed. Continuously evaluate and improve workflows to increase efficiency and support a collaborative, high-performing team.
Support the consistent application of Children's Home Society's brand standards across all communications and marketing materials. Coordinate project reviews and approvals, maintain organized digital asset libraries, and help ensure all creative work accurately reflects the organization's mission, values, and visual identity.
Ensure all marketing materials meet organizational quality standards, maintain brand consistency, and are reviewed for accuracy prior to publication or distribution.
Manage relationships with external vendors, including printers, promotional product suppliers, mail houses, sign companies, and advertising partners. Obtain estimates, coordinate production schedules, monitor project budgets, and ensure deliverables meet quality expectations and established deadlines. Occasionally work with media outlets to purchase paid media.
Review vendor invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy. Work with Finance Department to ensure vendors are paid and expenses are accounted for correctly. Monitor project expenditures and assist with managing departmental budgets.
Continuously evaluate departmental workflows, project management systems, and production processes to improve efficiency, communication, and customer satisfaction.
Recommend and implement best practices and innovative solutions.

Requirements
Education:- High School Diploma Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management or related field preferred
Experience:- Minimum of 5 years experience managing multiple complex projects.
- Experience working with creative teams preferred.
- Experience using project management systems and workflow tools.
- Non-profit experience preferred.
Physical Demands and Work Environment: Normal office environment with minimal exposure to dust, noise, etc. Extended PC viewing and keyboarding required. Extended periods of sedentary work required.
