SERVICE PORTER

Graham Automotive Group – Sioux Falls, SD

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE

Graham Automotive is seeking a full-time Service Porter to join our Volkswagen, Audi, and Volvo team. This position is much more than moving vehicles. The Service Porter plays a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience by supporting advisors, technicians, and customers throughout the day.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, customer-focused, and takes pride in helping the service department operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service drive
Move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles safely
Assist with customer vehicle pick-up and delivery
Prepare customer, shuttle, and loaner vehicles
Assist advisors with customer appointments and vehicle flow
Support technicians by moving vehicles and maintaining shop organization
Monitor and maintain customer waiting areas
Maintain dealership grounds and parking areas
Assist with snow removal and seasonal property maintenance as needed
Help ensure the service department maintains a professional appearance at all times
Perform additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Customer service experience
Automotive dealership experience
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
Experience working around vehicles or equipment
