At BX Civil & Construction, we're gearing up for the 2024 Construction Season and we want YOU to be part of our success story! We're looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join us as General Laborers who are willing to learn and ready to collaborate with our dynamic team.
Job Highlights
As a General Laborer you will play a vital role in various construction duties. Each day you will work under the guidance of experienced supervisors and carry out a range of assigned tasks, including landscaping, flagging, operating air tools, pouring concrete, installing guard rail, be responsible for operating equipment, including single rear axle trucks under 26,000 GVW, as well as basic servicing and making necessary adjustments to equipment.
Eligibility & Requirements:
We are looking for reliable and dedicated individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Willing to prioritize safety and actively participate in company-wide safety goals.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Any previous construction experience is useful but not mandatory.
- Ability to work overtime, out of town, and weekends when required.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
