As our General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the operation—ensuring smooth day-to-day performance while pushing the boundaries of excellence. You’ll oversee revenue growth, profitability, and uphold our gold-standard quality goals. From energizing the team to delighting guests, you’ll champion high productivity, top-tier service, and unforgettable dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the entire restaurant operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house
  • Hire, train, and manage staff to maintain high performance and morale
  • Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently to customer complaints
  • Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
  • Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
  • Track compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
  • Control costs and cut waste
  • Successfully promote and publicize the brand
  • Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
  • Track operations and start corrective actions
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

Requirements:

Proven working experience as a restaurant manager or restaurant general manager

Demonstrated career experience in customer service management

Extensive food and beverage knowledge

Proficiency in English

  • Proven ability to manage budgets and meet financial goals

Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software

Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

Acute financial management skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Serve Safe Manager Certification - a plus

We Offer Great Benefits:

Annual Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 Depending on Experience
