Job Description

Want to work in hospitality, but tired of working evenings?  Are you a morning person?  Are you ready for a new adventure? Hiring a restaurant General Manager for a new BRUNCH concept!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily operations of restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
  • Manage and supervisor staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices

Restaurant is open from 6:30 am – 2:30 pm Monday – Sunday. Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Full-time position with paid time off, paid training and employee discount. Salary based on experience, plus quarterly bonus.

Job Requirements
• Previous experience as a GM or AGM in the restaurant industry preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of banquet operations, catering services, bartending, coffee service, and food production
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Proficient in using hospitality management software systems
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
