General Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join their team and drive the sales strategy to new heights.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring production goals, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Develop and implement business strategies that drive efficiency, product innovation, and market growth.
- Lead, mentor, and support managers and staff while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to optimize costs, margins, and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, suppliers, and customers while representing the company at key industry events.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leadership within heavy equipment, automotive, RV industries -preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, supply chain management and quality assurance.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing software tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
