General Mechanic

Job Description

• Perform maintenance & repairs on diesel & gas engines.
• Perform maintenance & repairs on small gas engines, pickups, dump trucks, semi’s, construction equipment, loaders, pavers, backhoes and more.
• Welding experience
• General mechanical, electrical, hydraulic knowledge is necessary
• Maintain equipment records
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, kneel, crawl, twist and climb frequently
• Capable of working indoors and outdoors in seasonal climates
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Must be dependable and on time
• Provide your own tools
• Class A CDL
• Ability to operate heavy equipment is a plus
