Job Requirements
We are looking for individuals with great attention to detail and strong hand and eye coordination. Must be safety and quality focused, have the ability to work in a fast paced environment with high speed equipment, basic reading and math skills, and ability to think logically and work in a team environment. Manual and precision dexterity with machines and mechanical aptitude. Physical requirements include ability to frequently lift and handle 50 lbs. 100 lbs., stand for a 12-hour period, and tolerate repetitive manual work tasks. Previous manufacturing experience a plus. Ability to operate a forklift a plus. Must be able to work full time for each scheduled shift.
