Job Description

• High school diploma or GED required
  
  
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping experience preferred
  
  
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and production documents
  
  
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math (including fractions)
  
  
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
  
  
• Basic computer skills (ERP/MRP experience preferred)
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  
  
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
  
  
• Ability to lift up to ___ lbs and stand for extended periods
