As an Assistant manager at Sky Gifts, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include leading and motivating a team of associates, ensuring that sales targets are met, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Position Summary
The Assistant Manager supports management in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day store operations
- Supervise and support retail associates
- Provide outstanding customer service to travelers
- Monitor inventory and restocking
- Handle transactions and daily financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with airport and company policies
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working in a secure airport setting
- Interest in local culture and tourism is a plus
