Essential Functions: We are looking for a highly motivated and customer focused person to join our team as a Gift Shop Host. This individual will be responsible for generating revenue and sales transactions through excellent product knowledge and providing excellent customer service with prompt service as well as maintaining a fun, clean, and comfortable store environment. You will be working closely with different members of our team, so they will need you to be quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.
Required: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Follow standards of neatness and cleanliness for the shop to maintain customer appeal
- Know features and benefits of merchandise in the shop
- Follow policies and procedures
- Maintain knowledge of resort activities, facilities, and amenities to ensure personalized guest service
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
$15.50 with premium pay
